Refund and Return Policies:

Conditions accepted for return: We care. We guarantee the product’s identity, quality, and quantity. If we send you a product which does not conform to its described identity, quality and quantity, including shipping damage, we do all our best to remedy, including immediately shipping a correct and new one, or offering full return, and 100% money back to you. Would you please check the product immediately when you are receiving the shipping package, and let us know immediately if there is any issue. Any full return subject to our verification and approval first.

Conditions NOT accepted for return and refund: For security and quality assurance purposes, we never re-sell any returned product for any reason. All returned products will be properly disposed of. So, once package is shipped out, we do not accept return and refund for so-called “mistake order”, “change mind”, “no efficacy”, “bad taste”, “ordered too much”, “customs prohibited”, “import restriction”…. so, please think about before you order, and if you are not familiar to the product which you are intending to order, we suggest you try to order a smaller packing size first

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item, we will ship you the correct item at no additional cost to you.

If the product you received is damaged or defective, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Shipping

To return your product, please first contact customer service at [email protected], then mail your product to 2500 Packard St., Suite 200C, Ann Arbor MI 48104.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item, unless the refund was due to defects or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you will be variable based on your shipping location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service on all returned products. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
